"IPC" By-Laws

The following are the By-laws of the International Police Congress, Inc., a Corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware:

 ARTICLE I

Office

The principal office of the Corporation in the State of Delaware shall be located at such place as the Board of Directors may from time to time determine.  The Corporation may have such other offices, either within or without the State of Delaware, as the Board of Directors may designate or as the business of the Corporation may require from time to time. The registered office of the Corporation as required by the State of Delaware Corporation Act to be maintained in the State of Delaware, may be, but is not required to be identical to the principal office and the address of the registered agent may be changed from time to time by the Board of Directors.

Rules and Regulations

Code of Ethics

The purpose of the Rules & Regulations of the International Police Congress is to provide, in conjunction with the respective Private Investigator / Detective and Security Guard Laws of the various States / Provinces and Countries, an enforceable, self-governing structure that will promote and protect the best interests of the profession and the general public from illegal and/or unethical behavior by its Members or their Agents. Further, the intent of our Rules & Regulations is to augment the International Police Congress Bylaws by providing additional explanation and detail heretofore contained in the said By-laws. Members are equally and concurrently bound by the Constitution, the By-laws and the Rules & Regulations of the International Police Congress.

Financing Solutions

In full recognition and awareness of the premise that the quality of Professional Investigation and Security Activity(ies) ultimately depends upon the willingness of practitioners to observe special standards of conduct, and, to manifest good faith in professional relationships, International Police Congress hereby adopts the following Code of Ethics, and, hereby mandates its conscientious observance as a binding condition of Membership in, or affiliation with, International Police Congress.

Witnesseth

That the International Police Congress ( “IPC” ) has been established as an Organization of Private Police, Private Detectives, Investigators and Intelligence Officers, operating under high standards of service, and, conforming to uniform requirements of operation.

This International Organization has been structured via Regions being supervised by REGIONAL DIRECTORS.  The immediate duties of the REGIONAL DIRECTORS include, but are not limited to:

(a)  the setting up of working Districts and recommending DETECTIVE INSPECTORS for each; and,

(b)  the holding of Regional meetings with the District DETECTIVE INSPECTORS in order to plan procedures of operation within the Region.
